The Reserve at Frisco is a mountain neighborhood of single-family homes tucked away within Frisco, Colorado, a town rich in community, history and tradition, and central to the abundant array of summer and winter activities in Summit County. This website is intended to be an information resource for both current and prospective Reserve homeowners.
The Reserve is a planned community with protective covenants designed to preserve the community's architectural integrity, open space areas, and overall beauty and value. Construction on the 134 building sites began in the mid 1990s and continues today, with less than 10 undeveloped lots.
Our neighborhood is occupied by a wonderfully diverse group of owners: young families, singles, retirees, full time owners, second homeowners, teachers, business owners, professionals, and the list goes on. This diversity and the significant percentage of full time residents allow personal interactions and relationships that too often do not exist in resort communities. Our residents are active and together enjoy numerous recreational opportunities, including gardening, mountain and road biking, skiing, hiking, tennis, golf, fishing, kayaking, sailing, concerts, theatre, and attending parties and get-togethers throughout the year, all of which create sincere and lasting friendships.
The Reserve is a diverse, vibrant community. We take pride in our homes and our development, and actively seek ways to improve it.
